Man Fined Ł600 For Failing To Provide Child Support Information

MAN FINED Ł600 FOR FAILING TO PROVIDE CHILD SUPPORT INFORMATION
A man was convicted at Antrim Magistrates' Court yesterday for failing to supply information to the Child Support Agency.
Brendan Craig (27), of Drummaul Park, Randalstown, was fined Ł600 and ordered to pay costs of Ł54 after being found guilty of failing to supply information which had been asked for by the Child Support Agency.
Failure to comply with a request for information from the Child Support Agency is a criminal offence and can lead to a maximum fine of up to Ł1000.
As part of its planned operational improvements, the Child Support Agency is stepping up its efforts to make non-resident parents meet their financial responsibilities for their children.
