IRVINESTOWN WOMAN CONVICTED OF BENEFIT FRAUD
A woman was convicted at Enniskillen Magistrates' Court today for obtaining benefits to which she was not entitled.
Victoria Sandra Hoey (22) of Sallyswood, Irvinestown was fined £100 for wrongfully cashing Income Support cheques to the value of £84.54. Ms Hoey has also been ordered to repay the money she received to the Social Security Agency.
This conviction is the 165th secured by the Social Security Agency this year in its campaign against benefit fraud.
