Larne Man Convicted Of Benefit Fraud

LARNE MAN CONVICTED OF BENEFIT FRAUD
A man was convicted at Larne Magistrates Court today for obtaining benefits to which he was not entitled. Ryan McRandle (29) of Bellair Park, Larne was fined Ł300 for wrongfully cashing Income Support cheques to the value of Ł246.
Mr McRandle has to repay the money he received to the Social Security Agency.
This conviction is the 158th secured by the Social Security Agency this year in its campaign against benefit fraud.
