KEADY WOMAN CONVICTED OF BENEFIT FRAUD
A woman was convicted at Armagh Magistrates' Court today for obtaining Income Support fraudulently.
Margaret Murray (30), of Granemore Park, was convicted for falsely obtaining £350 between October and December 2004. She was given 12 months conditional discharge and ordered to pay £52 court charges. She is also required to repay the money she received to the Social Security Agency.
This is the 152nd successful prosecution by the Social Security Agency so far this year.
