VICTORIA SQUARE COMPLEX RECEIVES GO-AHEAD

The Department for Social Development announced today that it has signed a Development Agreement with Dutch-owned AM Development UK Ltd for the Victoria Square site.

The agreement paves the way for a new retail-led development at Victoria Square and follows the Department’s announcement that it intends to make a Vesting Order to acquire properties in the area.

The signing of the agreement means that AM will be on site before the end of the year.
