Director of Development, Trevor Haslett, said: "This framework provides a crucial element through which Water Service will meet the demanding programme of £3 billion, over a 20 year period, required for water and sewerage infrastructure to meet European standards and respond to increasing demand and upgrade to the infrastructure."
