BUSHMILLS COMPANY FINED FOR LISTED BUILDING DEMOLITION

Rosslan Developments Limited, was fined Ł5,000 at Coleraine Magistrates Court on Friday 2 March 2007, for the unauthorised demolition of two listed buildings.
The two listed buildings, at 121-123 Main Street, Bushmills, were demolished in February 2005.
Rosslan Developments Limited, The Bank House, 5 Bridge Street, Bushmills, entered a guilty plea to the offence on 1 September 2006.
A spokesperson for the Planning Service said: "All breaches of planning control are taken seriously and this is a further indication of our commitment to tackling those who would deliberately flout planning laws.”
